The founders are not only parents of younger and older kids in sports, but they have a passion to teach and motivate youth to win in life through sports. It is not only about the skills and development learned in sports; but it’s also about teaching youth to use sports as a tool to build a strong work ethic & discipline, using your voice to advocate for change, importance of integrity and good character and being educated on financial literacy, ownership mentality and more. For each youth that comes through their program to leave with the confidence and belief that anything is possible, with the right knowledge and skill.
